The support agreement covers any support calls or emails that pertain to the default functionality of the software. Where the inquiry pertains to supporting software such as AutoCAD or Crystal Reports, the support agreement is limited to the programs and processes Vision has developed for those applications.

Inquries regarding customization, data importing, custom installations, etc. are outside of the support agreement and will require a separate agreement for services.
